INCENTIVE TRAVEL
An incentive is required when a cash reward will simply no longer be sufficient to motivate a sales force. ‘Money can’t buy’ exclusive travel experiences and trips are created to motivate top sales staff at a corporate company.
Usually between 2 and 4 days, these types of rewards are essential to increase productivity and staff morale when money is no longer the principal motivator. Spouse programmes are available as well.
