Twenty Years of Cyprus Event Operations
CPC Events was established in 2004. Our operational base is in Limassol — Cyprus's commercial and events capital — and we operate island-wide across Nicosia, Paphos, Larnaca and Ayia Napa.
We work with international event agencies, corporate clients, incentive houses, pharmaceutical companies, financial institutions and professional associations. Our clients are typically based outside Cyprus and need a reliable local partner who can manage the destination on their behalf.
Over two decades, we have built direct relationships with every major hotel, venue, restaurant, entertainment provider and specialist contractor in Cyprus. We know which properties deliver consistently for professional groups, which venues work for different event formats and how to navigate the operational realities of the destination.
CPC Events operates EventsOnWheels — our in-house technical production capability covering sound systems, LED screens, projection, staging, lighting and camera systems. This means destination management and technical production are coordinated by the same team, eliminating the gaps that arise when planners work with separate DMC and production companies.

EventsOnWheels is CPC's in-house technical production capability. Rather than outsourcing AV and staging to a third-party production company, CPC coordinates technical production alongside destination management through the same team.
This integration means technical planning is built into the event from the first site inspection — not added as an afterthought. Sound systems, wireless microphones, LED screens, projection, staging, lighting and camera systems are all managed by CPC.
