Albourne Group is a repeat CPC Events client. For this programme, the group required accommodation for approximately 580 guests across three hotels in Paphos, with a private evening event as the centrepiece of their time in Cyprus.

Managing a group of this scale across multiple hotels requires careful coordination from the outset. CPC handled transportation and programme logistics to ensure a consistent and well-organised experience for every guest.

The setting

A private evening at Aphrodite's Temple

The evening was held at Aphrodite's Temple in Paphos — an outdoor venue with distinctive stone architecture that provided a striking setting for the event. CPC Events coordinated the full production scope for the site: staging, sound, lighting and event furniture.

The venue was dressed with festoon lighting, coloured uplighting and a fully equipped stage, transforming the outdoor space into a private event setting for the group.

Dining experience

Dining and live cooking

Catering for the evening included a live cooking element alongside the main dining provision. CPC coordinated the catering logistics across the venue, with food stations and service managed as part of the overall event production.

Event furniture — including cocktail tables and seating — was sourced and arranged to support the flow of guests through the space throughout the evening.

Live music formed part of the evening programme. CPC Events managed the sound and lighting production to support the performance, with the stage set against the stone arched backdrop of the venue.
