CPC Events has managed corporate events in Cyprus since 2004. Destination logistics are coordinated through our Cyprus DMC operations; this service focuses on the event lifecycle itself, including the experience, production and show delivery.

Concept & creative development
We work with you to develop the event concept, including theme, tone, format and guest journey, translating your brief and objectives into a coherent creative direction before a single supplier is contacted.
Venue sourcing & negotiation
Access to Cyprus's full range of event venues, including hotel ballrooms, historic sites, private estates, beach clubs, rooftop terraces and purpose-built conference centres. We negotiate rates, manage contracts and handle all venue logistics.
Budget management
Detailed budget planning from the outset, with transparent cost tracking throughout the project. We identify where value can be maximised and where costs can be controlled without compromising the guest experience.
Supplier management
A vetted network of caterers, entertainment providers, florists, photographers, videographers, transport operators and specialist suppliers, all managed by CPC Events under a single contract.
Technical production
In-house audio-visual capability covering staging, sound, lighting, LED screens, live streaming and technical crew. We design and deliver the production element of your event rather than outsourcing it.
Guest logistics & registration
Airport transfers, hotel rooming lists, group transport, guest registration, name badges, welcome packs and on-site concierge, every guest-facing logistical element managed by our team.
On-site event management
A dedicated CPC Events team on the ground throughout your event, managing the run-of-show, coordinating suppliers, handling the unexpected and ensuring the programme runs to time.
Post-event reporting
A full post-event debrief covering attendance, budget reconciliation, supplier performance and delegate feedback, giving you the data you need to evaluate ROI and plan future events.

Brief & objectives
We start by understanding your event objectives, audience, budget parameters and any non-negotiables. A clear brief is the foundation of a well-managed event.
Concept & proposal
Within one working day we come back with an initial concept, venue recommendations and an indicative budget, giving you a clear picture of what is achievable before committing.
Planning & coordination
Once confirmed, we build the full event plan, including supplier contracts, run-of-show, logistics schedule, risk register and communication plan, and manage all coordination from this point.
On-site delivery
Our team is on the ground from setup through to breakdown, managing every element in real time and ensuring the event runs exactly as planned.
