We agree scope, responsibilities and budgets with the lead agency at the outset, then coordinate local suppliers, venues, hotels, transfers and on-site logistics within that agreed framework.
The lead agency retains its client relationship throughout. CPC Events manages the Cyprus-side detail — supplier contracts, local staff, ground operations and contingency planning — so the agency can focus on the client experience rather than local logistics.

Cyprus Conference Incentive Scheme 2026–2029
Eligible conferences and incentive trips may qualify for financial support under the new Deputy Ministry of Tourism scheme. Subject to official eligibility criteria and approval.
