CPC Events managed this private event at Aphrodite's Temple from start to finish. The scope covered every element of the event: site preparation, marquee installation, raised event flooring, staging, outside catering, dining furniture and table settings, floral décor, red-carpet arrival, sound, lighting and entertainment.

Managing a full event build at a venue of this character requires careful coordination across multiple suppliers and installation crews. CPC handled the entire production timeline — from the first equipment delivery on site through to the live evening — as a single managed programme.

Building the event setting

Marquees, flooring and the full venue build

The venue build began with the installation of multiple peaked marquees across the site, providing covered dining and event space within the stone-walled courtyard. Alongside the marquees, CPC installed a large area of raised event flooring — creating a level, finished surface across the outdoor ground.

The installation crew worked across the site to bring the full structure together: marquee frames and canopies, flooring panels, staging and the supporting infrastructure for sound and lighting. The photos from the build days show the scale of the transformation — from an empty courtyard to a fully dressed event setting.

Dining and guest experience

Outside catering, dining furniture and table settings

CPC coordinated outside catering for the evening alongside the full dining setup: long banquet tables dressed with white linen, navy gingham runners, glassware, place settings and floral centrepieces. The dining area was arranged within the marquees on the raised flooring, with the stone arches of the venue visible through the clear marquee panels.

The arrival experience was designed to set the tone from the first moment: a red-carpet entrance through the stone archway of the venue, flanked by costumed performers, leading guests into the dressed event space.

Sound, lighting and entertainment

Production and entertainment through the evening

Sound and lighting were installed as part of the full production scope. As the evening progressed, the lighting transformed the marquee interior — blue and purple uplighting illuminating the draped canopy and the stone arches beyond, creating a distinctive atmosphere for the dining and entertainment programme.

Entertainment formed part of the evening programme, with the production elements — sound, lighting and staging — coordinated by CPC as part of the complete event delivery. The result was a private event that moved from a daytime build site to a fully realised evening setting, managed end to end by the CPC team.
