The programme brought participants together around a practical challenge: working in teams to assemble bicycles with care, coordination and a clear shared goal.
Once the bikes were complete, the group moved into a vineyard cycling experience that extended the day beyond the workshop. The result was an active, memorable format that balanced purpose, collaboration and discovery of the destination.
